Rocket Weekend at Armstrong Air & Space Museum
Saturday, May 12 (10am-4pm) to Sunday, May 13 ( Noon- 4:00 pm)
Join the museum and the Wright Stuff Rocketeers to build and launch* rockets throughout the weekend! The museum will also feature discussions about rocketry and propulsion, guided tours with museum admission, and a rocket building workshop. Build your own model rocket, launch rockets of all kinds, and participate in games and activities for kids of all ages. The rocket building workshops allow you to build an easy-to-assemble style rocket to take home. Workshops are $20 per participants and require advance registration. Each workshop is limited to 10 participants each.

Join them for this fun event where kids can create a special Mother’s Day Cupcake Flower Bouquet! Each child will receive a set of white and chocolate cupcakes with an assortment of icing and fun demonstrations on how to create their own masterpiece. This class is geared towards kids ages 18 and under. This class will last approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
