Ready to shoot some hoops and learn something new? Bring your family to participate in an exciting basketball and STEM discovery event for boys and girls, grades K-8. Local organizations are sponsoring the Hoopla STEM Challenge with plenty of free activities, food and chances to compete for prizes: game tickets, gift cards, t-shirts and iPad mini’s. Finalists will compete at half-time during NCAA first four games.
The Hoopla STEM Challenge is a FREE, hot-shot basketball contest with prizes given away for every shot made! Free Pizza, Hoopla T-Shirts, 2019 NCAA First Four tickets, other cool prizes and multiple GRAND PRIZES!

Regional and national partners will be on site for the family-friendly science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) program designed to engage students and excite them about the power of STEM education.
The 2019 event is expected to draw a capacity crowd on Selection Sunday. Pre-registration is highly encouraged for participating students. Regional & national STEM partners will be annouced in the coming weeks & months. Parents and chaperones do not require a ticket for entry.
