Enjoy a morning of Halloween fun just for preschoolers and their families! Activities will include games, crafts, inflatables and much more. Costumes are optional.All children must be accompanied by an adult. Fee: $5 per family.This is a drop-in activity; preregistration is not required. Payment will be taken the day of the event only.

This family-friendly event features the Primrose School of West Chester costume contest (ages 0-12), horse-and-wagon rides, petting zoos, a not-so-scary haunted trail, crafts, games and more. This year’s event will also feature a rescheduled, mini version of Touch A Truck which was canceled in June due to inclement weather. Kids will be invited to climb into the driver’s seat of Township vehicles including police cruisers, snow plows, street sweepers and more! WCPD will bring its Ident-I-Kid unit for children and families. Cost: Free.

Come on out Saturday, October 21st and join us for the very first McAfee Truck-or-Treat! A free event for kids that promises fun for the whole family! Enjoy treats from trucks you’ve seen around Dayton: the McAfee Heating and Air fleet, Kettering Police and Fire Departments, Montgomery County Sheriffs Department and more… Have your child’s ID card made, free face-painting, along with other activities to keep you entertained. Food vendors will be available (including Zombie Dogz)! Portion of proceeds from food trucks will benefit the McAfee Foundation for Children & Youth, an organization dedicated to helping local families bridge the gap while seeking permanent solutions for their children’s pulmonary medication needs. Our cabins are going to be open for this modern-day celebration of Halloween. Kids and Adults both can show up at the Village in their favorite costume and go door to door in a safe environment trick or treating around the Village. The kids will have a great time getting dressed up in their costumes and being able to go door to door around the Village. Don’t worry as all of our House Parents will have a delicious treat waiting for your little one as they go door to door. Be sure to stop in at the Bullskin Inn as there will be a special treat for the families also. Cost: FREE Admission to the event

Fun for the whole family! A new twist on an old tradition. Come and walk the new “Trail of Tricks and Treats”; local groups and businesses will have activity booths for you to discover on the winding trail in the Gooding Addition. Then check out the pumpkin patch for your perfect pumpkin to decorate at our decorating station on the patio. Come inside to listen to Spooky Tales by the Winters Library. Enjoy complimentary games, crafts, witch’s brew and fall family fun! Cost: Free.

Visit the “most extreme jack-o-lantern display” in town with over 700 intricately carved pumpkins lighting up the hill behind the Green Orthodox Church. A fun event for the whole family! Located on the hill off of Stoddard Avenue behind Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, enjoy over 700 pumpkins carved into unique jack-o-lanterns. Everyone is welcome! Cost: Free.
